However whilst we are not required to, we are happy to issue store credit upon change of mind within the first 7 days of purchase.
(excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Has a major fault that affects the use of the item.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted/Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. All goods will be inspected upon return.
All damages related to the delivery of an order must be reported to the courier service as well as Neo-Tokyo within 7 days. Please do not sign for or accept any deliveries where the box(es) are in a notably damaged condition.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and traceable mail service.
